25 Days of Christmas Movie List
Merry Christmas!!!!
I am so so so happy that it is finally, officially Christmastime! Sure, I have been listening to Christmas music since November 1st, but now the rest of y’all have finally caught up to me! Christmas music is on the radio, holiday TV specials are being watched on screens everywhere, and more people than ever are buying Christmas trees! It’s such a beautiful thing to take an evening drive and see so many trees in windows, lights on houses, and giant inflatables on front lawns.
It’s no secret that this year might’ve been the worst year of our lives for obvious reasons, but I’m hopeful that this holiday season will be wonderful! Non-traditional, but wonderful. I always want to be cozy and sit on the couch watching The Santa Clause trilogy all weekend long in my PJs, and now I can do that judgment-free!
Yes, Los Angeles is back on lockdown until at least December 20, but I’m not letting that dim my mood. In my mind, we have two options here. We could sit around moping that Christmas won’t look the same, or we can opt to take advantage of this time we have indoors and with our living partners, rest, catch up on our movies, bake cookies, and most importantly, keep our community safe! The choice is pretty clear for me, and I hope it is for you, as well.
If you’re apart of the crew that’s still refusing to wear a mask and are putting the entire community at risk, you suck and need to do better. If you’re apart of the amazing group of people actually abiding by safety regulations, and plan to be #SaferAtHome this Christmastime, then this list is my gift to you!
Since we will likely be watching a ton of movies this Christmas, I took it upon myself to create a 25 Days of Christmas list to get you in the holiday spirit! There’s a Christmas movie for each day leading up to Christmas Day. I’m a bit new school and old school, so this list will reflect that. There are holiday movies dating back to the 1940s, all the way to the present day. OF course, this is my own personal list, but if you have any Christmas movies you watch every year and can’t go a holiday season without, leave the title in the comments section below! I’d love to hear about your favorite Christmas movies!
Now, slip into your snowman onesie, get cozy on the couch with a cup of coco, and enjoy the 25 Days of Christmas!
